ここの最後の文ですが、

  ログオンに１時間もかかるようならユーザーからの不満が出るだろう
  が、、、

の後半は、どんなニュアンスなんでしょうかね？

  、、、そうでなければ、多少ログオン／ログオフに時間がかかるよう
  でも、エンドユーザは何も考えずに使ってくれるものだよ。

という感じでしょうか？
