CentOSということなので、ファイルシステムがUTFになっているとは思うのです
が、念のため、LINUX上のフォルダ名をアルファベットにしてみてはどうでしょ
うか。
あと、念のためですが、公開ディレクトリのパーミッションは大丈夫ですか？
rootユーザで作って、一般ユーザからはROとかはないでしょうか。
