[samba-jp:23177] ファイル・フォルダのアクセス権を777にしたいのに、できない

さて、

RockyLinux8.6で
baseosリポジトリに含まれる
Samba Version 4.15.5
を使用しています。

なお、
epel-testingリポジトリに含まれる
netatalk-3.1.13-3
も使用し、
Windows10からもMacOSX10.9.5からも
同じボリュームを見れるようにしています。


質問ですが、
MacOSX10.9.5から、
Samba経由で、フォルダやファイルを作ると、
アクセス権が次のようになります。

drwxr-xr-x+   2 nobody nobody      4096  5月 27 11:17  test
-rw-r--r--+   1 nobody nobody         4  5月 27 11:18  test.txt


ちなみに、
ゲスト接続で、
アクセス権は777になるように設定したつもりです。

本来であれば、
drwxrwxrwx（フォルダ）
-rwxrwxrwx（ファイル）
になるはずだと思います。

何か設定が間違っているのでしょうか？
